At Epetome, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
